What we automate
Where AI saves real hours
Document OCR
Invoices, bills of lading, forms: fields extracted and written into your system.
AI drafting & quoting
Quotes, replies, and reports drafted from your data, for people to review and send.
Workflow automation
Systems connected with n8n and custom flows; multi-step agents with guardrails.
AI assistants
Chat and support assistants grounded in your own knowledge base, in English, Chinese, or Japanese.
Built-in control
People stay in charge
Confidence thresholds
Low-confidence results are flagged for review instead of guessed.
Traceable output
Every draft shows the source data it came from.
Exception queues
People handle the edge cases; the system handles the rest.
Measured against a baseline
We record the manual hours and error rate first, then compare after launch.
Case studies
AI in production
Process
From pilot to production
Workflow review
Pick one workflow and measure where the time goes.
Pilot
Automate the most painful step on real data.
Rollout
Connect to your systems and train the team.
Maintain
Monitor accuracy and tune as your data changes.
Instant estimate
Estimate your time saved
Tell us how many hours/week your team spends on manual process. We'll estimate the savings from automation.
That's about 520 hrs/year
A rough estimate for budgeting. Real results depend on the process and the data; we measure your baseline before starting.
FAQ
How do we know it is worth doing?
We measure the baseline first: how many hours a week this process takes now, the error rate, and what one error costs. After automation we measure the same way. If a process cannot be measured, we will tell you not to automate it yet.
What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
Low-confidence results are flagged for a person rather than guessed at. Anything that reaches your customer, such as a quote or a reply, is approved by a person before it goes out.
Can our data leave our systems?
No, so the deployment is chosen around your rules: it can run in your own cloud account, or we limit which fields are sent to a model. The data flow is written down during the audit, before anything is built.
How soon do we see results?
A pilot is usually 4 to 6 weeks, scoped to one process and one document type. It is accepted against the baseline table, and only widened once it clears.
Our old system has no API. Can it still work?
In most cases yes. We have started from Excel files, email attachments and scans, and connected through file exchange or the database layer where needed.
